Barclay Assessment Services, L.L.C. (BAS) is a lead provider in Environmental Services and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) analytical support. As an Environmental Resource, we offer an array of environmental services including the following: environmental site assessments, mold and analysis, mold remediation planning, illicit lab (e.g. methamphetamine) contamination testing, Hydrogen sulfide (H2S), and screenings for Chinese gypsum board products (drywall). Our State-of-the-Art instrumentation can be used to assess a number of environmental conditions, such as elevated moisture levels in susceptible building materials, building ventilation rates, relative humidity, and surface dew points. As environmental specialists in air quality assessment, we can provide the necessary assurance that the air you breathe meets the latest accepted standards.
With offices and laboratories in Texas and New Orleans we are strategically located in the hurricane recovery areas on the Gulf Coast; therefore, we are well positioned to deliver our environmental consulting, inspection, and IAQ testing and analytical services to those in need. Our licensed mold lab (Aeroclean Mold Lab Services, L.L.C.) and other IAQ services are readily accessible to Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Texas.
Our certified industrial hygienists (CIH) and safety professionals (CSP) can provide an independent environmental hazard assessment and testing of your building, and prepare a remediation plan for safely removing hazardous contamination like mold and other toxic materials. In addition, we can provide clearance inspections to help assure that your remediation contractor has met the objective of restoring sanitary conditions and a normal fungal ecology to your building.
