Our Company, Barclay Assessment Services, L.L.C. (BAS), is a lead provider in Environmental Services and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) analytical support. As an Environmental Resource, we offer an array of environmental services including environmental site assessments; mold testing, mold analysis; mold remediation planning, and illicit lab (e.g. methamphetamine) contamination testing. Our State-of-the-Art instrumentation can be used to assess a number of environmental conditions, such as elevated moisture levels in susceptible building materials, building ventilation rates, relative humidity, and surface dew points. We recognize the importance of good indoor air quality. As environmental specialists in air quality assessment, we can provide the necessary assurance that the air you breathe meets the latest accepted standards.
Strategically located near New Orleans and the hurricane recovery areas on the Gulf Coast, we are well positioned to deliver our environmental consulting, inspection, and IAQ testing and analytical services to those in need. Our mold lab and other IAQ services serve Louisiana including Baton Rouge, Alexandria, Shreveport, Slidell, Mandeville, and Lake Charles. Outside of Louisiana, our services reach many areas of Mississippi and Alabama such as Gulfport, Biloxi, Mobile, and Gulf Shores.
Our certified industrial hygienists (CIH) and safety professionals (CSP) can provide an independent environmental hazard assessment and testing of your building, and prepare a remediation plan for safely removing hazardous contamination like mold and other toxic materials. In addition, we can provide a clearance inspection to help assure that your remediation contractor has met the objective of restoring sanitary conditions and a normal fungal ecology to your building.
